All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities without prior notice.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
4. Orders & Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders after a reasonable time limit if payment is not completed.
5. Payments
We accept payments through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway supporting cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
All payment information (card numbers, UPI PIN, banking credentials) is collected and processed directly by Razorpay. We do not store your sensitive payment details on our servers.
In case of payment failure after money is deducted from your account, any applicable refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy and Razorpay's standard processing timelines.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframe communicated at checkout or via order confirmation email.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather, or logistical issues.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at mazhalaipetti@gmail.com.
Returns and refunds, where applicable, are subject to our product condition, packaging, and return-window policies. Please contact us for specific return eligibility on your order.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within a reasonable number of business days.
